The New Forest is one of the most difficult places in southern England to get a reliable fixed-line connection, and one of the most rewarding for a well-planned satellite installation. Ancient woodland, protected landscape and dispersed properties define every job here.

Open heath and lawns interspersed with ancient woodland of very tall oak and beech. Heath properties often have superb horizons; properties in or beside inclosures can be almost entirely enclosed by high canopy.
Thatched and brick cottages, smallholdings with grazing rights, equestrian properties, converted barns, and hotels and holiday accommodation across the villages.
Commoning, equestrian activity and tourism dominate. Many properties sit on unfenced roads with livestock and ponies roaming freely, which affects where cable and equipment can safely go.
Thatch rules out roof mounting on many properties, so gable ends, outbuildings and poles are common. In wooded plots, a pole placed in a clearing frequently outperforms anything on the house.
Hotels, campsites, glamping operators and holiday cottages need dependable guest WiFi across dispersed buildings and open ground.
Some properties are reached across open forest or unmade tracks. Livestock and cattle grids mean equipment and vehicles need planning in advance.
