Often, but usually not at ground level. The answer is normally height: a gable, roof or pole position that clears the canopy. We assess this before quoting rather than after installing.

Do I need to remove trees?

Almost never. We look for a position that avoids the canopy instead, which matters in Surrey where many trees are protected.

Can you cover a large house and an annexe?

Yes. Larger Surrey properties usually need access points or a mesh system in addition to the router, and we design that as part of the installation.
